Listing Cancellations... Websites that are listed on Mckinney-Mall are subject to removal of said listings in the event that matterials of questionable or offensive nature are proven to be displayed or linked to their website. Questionable and offensive matterials include anything that is racist, defamaitory, illegal, heretic or intentionally misleading such as false doctrines or deceptive business practices.

Non-Profit Organazation Listings... Mckinney-Mall offers free consultation, free design services, and free advertizing for proven, registered non-profits.

Creation of new Mckinney-Mall Directories... Mckinney-Mall will create categories in the search engine as it deems them neccissary. Trinity-Search reserves the right to move directories without notice at any time. Request for additional directories in our engine structure will be approved on a per-case basis.

Dead URL Links... Mckinney-Mall is an "active" search engine, it spiders its own listings and monitors these listings to insure that all links are to active websites. We understand that server routes between Mckinney-Mall and your listed website may become unstable and that temporary problems displaying your website may arrise. However, website URL listings that become unreachable or invalid for periods of 48 hours are automaticly placed on hold. They are still in the database but will not be available to the general public until your website is re-reviewed.

Advertising Refund Policy... Paid inclusions and banner services that have been cancelled due to abuse or infractions of Mckinney-Mall network policies are non refundable.
